Not only is she one of my favourite subjects, but her home is a photographers delight -  a beautiful farm in Northern Natal and a special spot for me to get away and be with special friends.

There's something so special about photographing a Newborn in her own home.

Our beach session ------nOt!

sometimes things just dont go according to plan - especially when you rely on the weather. The beach was windy, and cloudy and FULL and things really hit a low when little J got stung by a blue bottle. All this after only 5 minutes!
So after raiding a local restaurant for vinegar (the lifeguard was on "tea break") we went in search of some new venues, determined not to waste our time together.
